Prepaid orders using Money Orders: Enclose $5.00 for shipping and handling if your order should be 5 lbs. or less. (Please call for an estimate on orders exceeding 5 lbs.) On orders for shipment outside of the U.S., please include $18.00 for shipping. Canadian orders include $15.00 for shipping. Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA, Amex, Discover These are the only charge cards currently accepted. Standard shipping & handling charges applies to all charge cards.
