Shipping & Handling
Our minimum order is $25.00. A handling charge of $5.00 is applied to every order. For special situations, we will accept orders for less than $25.00; however, these orders will have a handling chargeof $10.00 in lieu of our standard $5.00 handling charge. All items shipped F.O.B. Dayton, Ohio, payment in U.S. Dollars only. All orders shipped either by USPS or UPS ground unless otherwise requested. On large bulky items, we may ship via truck or freight line. Express service is available on request. We recommend UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.
Note : Additional shipping charges will be added to the order at time of shipment. Depending on method selected (UPS, 2nd day or Next Day), we will add appropriate charges as given to us by the carrier you select.
Insurance
All orders shipped UPS are automatically insured. Any orders sent via common carrier or through the mail are not insured, unless specified by you.
We cannot be held responsible once shipment is made. In the event a loss occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
When returning merchandise to Consolidated Electronic, Inc., please include a copy of the invoice from which the merchandise being returned was purchased on. Also include the merchandise that you are returning. Upon inspection of the items being returned, we will process the return by checking date codes on an in-stock part compared to the part being returned, and also a product stock analysis. After this process is completed, Consolidated Electronics will contact the customer to negotiate further returned shipment details if the return is an exchange. If the return is not to be exchanged, the customer's account balance will display the associated credit, or we will refund the amount to the customer's credit card.
